Judge Susan Craighead has preliminarily approved a Class Action Settlement in the case of Ryen v. Bada Restaurants, Inc.
("Blu Water"), for Blu Water's practice of rounding employee clock-in and clock-out times.  The court's NOTICE provides more information about the lawsuit and settlement.

All employees of Blu Water from October 15, 2005 through March 25, 2010 are eligible to participate.  In order to participate, you must submit a CLAIM FORM by July 30, 2010.  You may mail it to our address listed or email it to aes@cslawfirm.net.

Settlement payments will be mailed out in the fall of 2011.
