Employment Discrimination

Federal and state law prohibit discrimination in the workplace on the basis of certain categories, including race, creed, color, national origin, sex, honorably discharged veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability. It also prohibits retaliation against individuals who have filed a complaint with a government agency or who have opposed discrimination or harassment in the workplace.
